    Good benefits, competitive salary, admission to learning resource, adept identify to abound your career/experience and gain more skills

    Cons

    Lots of annual compliance training, other misc grooming beyond what is already required to maintain your license. Conflict of interest hurdles, required to set almanac 'goals' that go beyond patient care, which is fine if you're into that stuff like presenting at conferences, publishing manufactures, but can be a hindrance to piece of work life balance and ultimately takes away from the time you need just to become through your patient load and charting/follow upwards calls.

    UT Southwestern is a large facility with lots of clinics/ specialties to cull from. Information technology's easy to transfer from one clinic to the adjacent if you then choose. Health insurance, and retirement benefits are great!

    Cons

    This is a country run facility, ambulatory staff just become paid in one case a month.

    A lot of down-time and lack of work mixed with periods of beingness inundated with too much piece of work. Compensation for workload is lacking.
